With the 2020 Renegade, Jeep brings in a pair of four-cylinder engines as options to power the SUVs adventures. Coming standard with the first two trim models is a 2.4-liter Tigershark inline-4 engine that can produce up to 180 horsepower and 175 lb-ft of torque. Each engine comes paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and the choice between a 4x2 and 4x4 configuration. Jeep also brings in an optional 1.3-liter turbocharged variant on the lower trim models or as standard with the higher trim models.
