With the 2020 year rolling in, many automotive companies seek to push the limitations and capabilities of what is feasible with automotive vehicles. How was the 2020 Gladiator named the best North American Truck?
The North American Truck of the Year is one of a few different top awards that are declared each year. In place of a single competition or event, each contender for these awards is intensely examined, evaluated, benchmarked and investigated by an expert and diverse selection of 50 automotive journalists from the United States and Canada. The process itself starts as early as June 2019 to decide a list of eligible vehicles in order to fairly give an extensive depth to each examination before the voting occurs across three separate rounds allowing for further discussion and decisive investigation. As such, thanks to the expertise of the jurors as well as the depth of the process, the North American Truck of the Year is considered one of the most prestigious awards attainable.
