What are the engine options for the Cherokee?
There are three engine options available for the Jeep Cherokee, and each one is powerful and allows the Cherokee to go over anything. Most trims come with a 2.4-liter four-cylinder that creates 180 horsepower and 171 lb-ff of torque and pairs with a nine-speed automatic transmission. When you get to the Latitude Lux trim, you are greeted with two options. The first is a 3.2-liter V6 that pumps out 271 horsepower and 239 lb-ft of torque, and the second is a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that rips out 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. Both of these engines also pair with the nine-speed automatic. Most Cherokees come with front-wheel-drive with the option of four-wheel-drive, but on the Trailhawk, the four-wheel-drive and the V6 both come standard.
What can you tell me about the features?
Five trims are available for the Jeep Cherokee, and each comes with a ton of tech and luxury features. Starting things is the Latitude trim, which comes with power front windows, exterior mirrors with a heating element, supplemental turn signals, courtesy lamps, a rearview camera, and a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
